An illustration from Francis Barrett’s The Magus — a compendium generations of magical knowledge published in 1801, and one of the finest examples of 19th century grimoires. These three faces depict Theutus, Asmodeus, and an Incubus, designed by Barrett, and engraved by an R. Griffith.
